Terms and conditions of entry

Entry is entirely at your own risk. The proprietors and staff shall not assume liability for loss, damage or injury to person or property. We strive to maintain the Sculpture Garden as a pristine natural outdoor environment, which has its hazards, including uneven, rough paths, water features, insects, reptiles, and other animals on occasion. You are responsible for your own safety at all times. Wearing appropriate shoes is advised.

Right of admission reserved
Visits and tours are by appointment only. The right of admission is reserved. All guests must conduct themselves with due regard to their surrounds and the right of other guests to a stimulating and enjoyable visit in this beautiful and tranquil setting.

Children under the age of 16, including learners on a school outing, must be under supervision at all times, especially in the proximity of water features and sculptures. Climbing onto sculptures is strictly prohibited.

Copyright in all artwork is strictly reserved. You may take photographs or video for personal use only. No commercial photography is allowed without the prior written permission of management.

The sculptures
Dylan Lewis encourages appropriate and respectful visual and tactile interaction with his sculptures, with children under supervision.

Food and beverages
No food or beverages are to be brought into the Sculpture Garden, unless permission is granted by management.

Smoking is prohibited in the Sculpture Garden.

Guide dogs
Registered assistance dogs are the only animals permitted, and prior notification is required.

Private events
The hosting of private events, ceremonies, and/or commercial photo/film shoots is by the permission of management only. Send requests to info@dylanart.co.za.
